How do I start a routine?

Choose a saved routine or create a new session. Add stretches you already know, set a duration for each, and check the sequence before you begin. On iPhone, choose the device that will run your session. Use Apple Watch for wrist haptic cues.

The timer helps you follow a sequence; it does not demonstrate stretches or identify what movement you are doing.

What changes between automatic and manual mode?

Automatic mode moves to the next interval when the current one ends. In manual mode, the Watch signals that the interval is complete and waits. Tap Next to continue or Finish after the final interval. Manual mode repeats reminders while it waits for you.

I can’t feel the taps on my wrist.

Check that the session is running on Apple Watch and that your Watch’s haptic alerts are enabled. Make sure it fits comfortably against your wrist. The phone timer does not replace Apple Watch’s wrist haptics.

If you are unsure the Watch is following your queue, pause and check the current interval before continuing.

My phone and Watch aren’t connecting.

Confirm the devices are paired and both apps are installed. Open the app on each device and keep them nearby while you set up the session. Check the connection status before starting a Watch session from your phone.

A session can also be started directly from the Watch. Avoid starting two separate sessions while you are checking connectivity.

How do I save to Apple Health?

After finishing, choose Save to Health on the summary screen and follow Apple’s permission prompt if shown. Wait for the saved confirmation. You can also finish without saving.

If saving fails or Health is unavailable, check the app’s Health permissions in your device settings. Workouts saved in Apple Health are separate from the recent sessions shown in the timer.

Which devices does the app support?

The current app is designed for iPhone with iOS 26 and Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later. The App Store listing will confirm the final requirements at launch. Apple Watch is needed for the wrist haptic experience.

Your privacy

No app account is needed. Routines and recent sessions stay on your devices; optional Health saves go to Apple Health. Read the privacy information for more detail.
